Punjab Rera has ordered the Mohali deputy commissioner to recover over Rs 25 lakh from Gmada, deeming it a judgment debtor. Gmada failed to provide timely possession of a plot auctioned in IT City in 2016, despite Rera’s directives. The authority will now proceed against Gmada’s assets to enforce the recovery.
