Haryana RERA’s Gurugram bench has initiated suo motu proceedings against Nitara Projects for allegedly developing, marketing and selling residential floors without mandatory registration under the RERA Act. The authority has issued a final opportunity to the promoter to respond, failing which ex-parte proceedings may be initiated.
