Haryana RERA’s Gurugram bench has directed Neo Developers to pay assured returns of ₹1.08 lakh per month to the allottee from October 10, 2020 till a valid offer of possession. The authority also directed the developer to hand over possession within 60 days and execute the conveyance deed within three months.
