Haryana RERA has ordered Imperia Structures to pay homebuyers ₹55 lakh for lost property appreciation. The builder must also compensate for mental agony and litigation costs. Homebuyers booked an apartment in Gurugram’s ‘The Esfera’ project in 2013. Possession was promised by May 2017 but was delayed. The authority previously ordered a refund of ₹73.37 lakh.
