H-RERA Gurugram has ordered Elan Buildcon to pay outstanding fixed returns to commercial unit allottees in ‘Elan Miracle’ and execute conveyance deeds within three months. The authority capped recovery for increased super area to 5% and mandated maintenance charges only from the offer of possession date.
