Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has ordered BPTP Limited to refund Rs 18.12 lakh with 2% interest to a homebuyer. The developer’s plea that the complaint was time-barred was rejected. The authority found the developer liable for a continuing breach. BPTP had cancelled the homebuyer’s allotment due to non-payment.
