Haryana Rera has ordered Burman Estate Pvt Ltd to pay delay possession charges to two allottees for their serviced apartment in Gurgaon Spectrum Centre. The developer failed to offer possession by the stipulated March 15, 2021 deadline, despite the Occupation Certificate being issued. Rera rejected the developer’s plea for a second Covid-19 related extension.
