Goa RERA has ordered Aansav Realty to hand over a flat to a buyer within 60 days, after finding the developer unlawfully cancelled her allotment and delayed possession by over seven years. The authority also imposed a Rs 10 lakh penalty and Rs 5 lakh costs on the developer for violating RERA provisions.
